MADISON SCHOOL IS 100!

We are excited that Madison's Centennial Carnival Parent Night is just around the corner! Save the date for Friday, February 21st - ticket sales will open January 12th.

We are currently accepting silent auction items and parent-hosted parties. Parent-hosted parties foster community spirit, while the auction proceeds directly enhance our students’ Madison experience.  To make these parties and auctions a success, we need your support and participation.

How Can You Help? We are asking families to consider contributing in two ways:

Auction Donations: As part of our ongoing PTO efforts, we’re collecting items for the annual fundraiser. Funds raised directly benefit our school. We’re seeking high-value items to include in the auction, such as:
  • Rounds of golf
  • Sporting event tickets
  • Gift cards
  • Vacation home stays
  • Unique experiences

Parent-Hosted Parties: Parents can join together to host parties for students or parents and are able to choose the number of attendees. These parties are a wonderful way for Madison students and families to come together. Examples of previous parties include:
  • Grade-level popsicles in the park for 20 students
  •  3rd grade boys pool party for 10 students
  • Parent wine tasting dinner for 5 couples
  • Paddleball, pickleball, tennis drills or other creative gatherings that bring our community together!

Thank you for your generosity and continued support. If you have any questions, want help coordinating a parent hosted party, or would like to donate, feel free to reach out to the PTO at fundraising@madisonpto.org.
