End of Year GiftCrowd

As the school year comes to a close, let’s join forces and show Madison Teachers & Staff our appreciation for their hard work and dedication to our children! GiftCrowd will again handle the collection and distribution of contributions, making it easy to give to any Madison teacher or staff member. With this system, families can contribute online toward gift cards for each staff member, who will then be able to select gift cards from their preferred retailers.

How to Contribute: 

1. Click HERE to join the Madison School End of Year GiftCrowd. You will be presented with a list of all Madison teachers and staff.

2. Click on “Join” next to the Teachers and Staff you wish to gift.

3. Enter your student or family’s name as you'd like it to be displayed to each recipient. You are welcome to include a personal greeting or message to each teacher.

4. Enter your contribution amount of choice and click “Add to Cart.” Please note that while teachers/staff will see which families contribute to the collective gift, the amount you contribute will be private.

5. Repeat this process for all the teachers and staff you wish to gift. Then, enter your payment information and click on “Place your Order” to complete your transaction.

As always, these group gifts are completely optional and the monetary contribution is up to each family. Should you wish to contribute, please do so by Thursday 5/29. Gifts will be sent out electronically on Friday, May 30th at 9:01am. Should you have any questions, please reach out to madisonroomparents@gmail.com. Thank you!

PTO General Meeting & Chair / Committee Sign Ups

Join us for our last PTO General Meeting of the year on Friday, May 16th at 9:15am! Please remember to bring a valid photo ID. 

We will present our plans for the upcoming school year and sign ups for 2025-2026 chair & committee member positions will open in-person following the meeting! Remaining sign ups will go live in the Panther Press on Sunday, May 18th.

School Supplies for 2025-2026

School supply orders for the 2025-2026 school year are open! Click HERE to place your order by June 2nd! If prompted, our school code is MAD053. 

Late ordering will be available June 3rd-24th but the supply kit prices will increase by $5. No orders will be accepted after 6/24. Supply kits will ship directly to your home with the exception of paper towels & wipes, which will ship in bulk directly to Madison School.
