Teacher Appreciation Week is Coming!

Teacher Appreciation Week is just around the corner - May 5th - May 9th - and we’re excited to celebrate our incredible teachers and staff who give so much to our kids every day! We’ve planned something special for them each day, and we’d love your help to make it extra memorable. Here’s what’s happening:


Monday, May 5th

Chipotle catering for a festive lunch.

 

Tuesday, May 6th 
Customized coffee orders from Café La Fortuna.

 

Wednesday, May 7th

Individual charcuterie cups from Gone Grazy.

 

Thursday, May 8th 

We’re asking parents to help us treat our teachers to a special breakfast! Please sign up to bring an item HERE! 

 

Friday, May 9th

Take & bake pizzas from Altamura. Plus, we’re asking each child to bring a handmade card, drawing, or note to give to their teacher(s), a small gesture that means so much. 

 

How You Can Help:

• Sign up to contribute to Thursday’s potluck breakfast HERE.

• Encourage your child to bring a card or note for their teacher on Friday.

 

Thanks so much for helping us celebrate the teachers and staff who make such a big difference in our children’s lives!

PTO General Meeting & Chair / Committee Sign Ups

Join us for our last PTO General Meeting of the year on Friday, May 16th at 9:15am! Please remember to bring a valid photo ID. 

 

We will present our plans for the upcoming school year and sign ups for 2025-2026 chair & committee member positions will open in-person following the meeting! Remaining sign ups will go live in the Panther Press on Sunday, May 18th. 

 

We hope to see you there! 

School Supplies for 2025-2026

School supply orders for the 2025-2026 school year are open! Click HERE to place your order by June 2nd! If prompted, our school code is MAD053. 

Late ordering will be available June 3rd-24th but the supply kit prices will increase by $5. No orders will be accepted after 6/24. Supply kits will ship directly to your home with the exception of paper towels & wipes, which will ship in bulk directly to Madison School.

5th Grade Graduation Party Tickets

Join us on Thursday, May 29th from 6:00-8:00pm to celebrate Madison's Class of 2025 graduation celebration at Ruth Lake Country Club!

Tickets are $60 per party attendee. Purchase tickets HERE by 5/22. This event is for graduates and their parents/guardians only - siblings are not able to attend.
