Teacher & Staff Holiday Gifts

With the holidays fast approaching and everyone’s to-do lists growing, we will once again be using GiftCrowd to coordinate monetary gift collections for Madison teachers and staff. GiftCrowd makes it simple for families to contribute to a group gift, and each recipient can then choose gift cards from their preferred retailers.

This year, we kindly encourage families to prioritize classroom teachers, who work directly with our students every day. Please keep in mind that specials teachers receive a school-wide gift, so a small contribution there goes a long way. Staff members will see which families participated, but your individual contribution amount will remain private. The GiftCrowd page includes all Madison staff so you may recognize anyone your family has connected with.

Instructions:
1. GiftCrowd will present you with a list of all Madison staff HERE. Click “Join” next to the teachers and staff you wish to gift (we recommend starting with your child’s classroom teacher).

2. Enter your student or family name as you'd like it displayed. You may also add a personal greeting.

3. Enter your contribution amount of choice and click “Add to Cart.”

4. Repeat as needed. When finished, enter your payment information and click “Place Your Order.

As always, these group gifts are completely optional, and participation is entirely up to each family. If you wish to contribute, please do so by Thursday, December 18th. Gifts will be sent electronically on Friday, December 19th.

December Sing Raffle

Madison's December Sing is around the corner, and we are raffling off the best seats in the house! Enter for your chance to win FOUR front row seats to the December Sing on Wednesday, December 17th! Click HERE to enter! 

We will draw two winners per session. 

K-2nd Grade will preform in the first session (1:15-1:45pm) and 3rd-5th Grade will perform in the second session (1:45-2:15pm). The raffle will close Friday, December 12th at 11pm and winners will be announced in the Panther Press on Sunday, December 14th. Good luck! 

Bingo Night - Save The Date

Save the date for a night of friendly competition! We’ll have prizes and plenty of chances to shout BINGO! Tickets will open in the Panther Press on January 4th!

Community Holiday Gifts

We are excited to share that we’ve already signed up half of the families for this year’s Madison Community Holiday Gift Program, but we still need 60 more generous donors to help make the season brighter for our neighbors in need! If you haven’t signed up yet, there’s still plenty of time to contribute and make a difference. 

Madison School has partnered with HCS Family Services to fulfill wish list items for families in financial need. Please join us in this special program as we purchase gifts for neighbors needing our support. You may register for gifts HERE.

Please return the *wrapped and labeled* gifts to school between Monday, December 1st and Tuesday, December 9th. Gift labels will be sent home in your child's backpack to adhere to the package(s).

We ask that all gifts be limited to $50 per recipient. While multiple items may be listed, not all items need to be purchased.
