Kindergarten & New Student Registration – This Week!

Mark your calendars for 2020 – 2021 Kindergarten & New Student Registration
– Wednesday, 2/12 and Thursday, 2/13
– 9 am – 3 pm
– Madison school office

To register new and/or Kindergarten students for the 2020 – 2021 school year, please follow the below directions:

  • Click here to fill out the online registration form.
  • After you complete the online portion, please bring your child(ren)’s birth certificate and proof or residence to the Madison school office between 9am and 3pm.
    • All families, even if you already have students at Madison, must show proof of residency.
  • If you are unable to complete the online enrollment and/or attend on 2/12 or 2/13,  you will need to bring your paperwork and register at the District Administration Office (115 W. 55th Street in Clarendon Hills).
