Madison Madness FAQ

Q: What is Madison Madness?
Madison Madness is our biennial Parent Night fundraiser. The event will take place on Saturday, March 21 at The Clubhouse restaurant in Oakbrook from 7:30 – 11:30 pm.

Q: Where do the funds raised go to?
This year, one of our key fundraising objectives is to help fund Madison’s new Musical Playground. This musical playground will allow students to explore the power of rhythm and discover the many ways individual sounds can be combined. Studies have shown adding musical equipment to playgrounds can improve motor skills, literacy, social, emotional and cognitive development. Students will be able to combine physical and mental work through this build.

Additionally, proceeds will be used for the supplemental music/art/cultural programs and after-school enrichment clubs for our Madison students. Your donation will also help support classroom enhancements such as equipment and supplies, enrichment programs including High Interest Day, Season of Science and Art Awareness, and Project funding for iPad technology, Smart Boards, and new supplies for the WeCreate lab.

Q: What is the dress code?
Casual. You can wear anything you are comfortable in, what you may wear to dinner, or a jersey/t-shirt to support your favorite basketball team.

Q: What food and drink will be served?
There will be a premium open bar all night, as well as a wide variety of heavy hors d’oeuvres and a delicious dessert bar.

Q: What entertainment will be at the event?
The theme for this year’s Parent Night is March Madness so while you might not be a huge basketball fan, there will be more than enough Madison Madness excitement for everyone! In addition to delicious food + drinks, there will be a Pop-a-Shot, Photo Booth, DJ Mike, Squares ‘Split The Pot’, an auction full of amazing items donated from around our community and… an incredible raffle item you will NOT want to miss. We encourage you to join us for this fun & casual night out celebrating our incredible school and students.

Q: I still haven’t bought my tickets where can I go to do that?
You can purchase your tickets to the event here.

Q: I’m unable to attend Parent Night, but I still want to support Madison. How can I help?
If you are interested in donating, all of the information can be found on the event website. Even if you can’t attend, you can still donate to our school and bid on auction items which will be available to view the week before the event.
