Parent Night Update

As a reminder, out of an abundance of caution, we have made the difficult decision to officially cancel Madison’s Parent Night, originally scheduled for March 2020. We were hopeful to hold an event this spring but due to the uncertainty surrounding the ongoing pandemic we believe we must cancel to keep our community safe. 

We’re very grateful for your continued generosity to support the PTO and hope you are willing to keep your donation to Madison in place – we would be so appreciative. But, we also understand you may prefer a refund of your original ticket purchase. If that is the case, simply email president@madistonpto.org by Friday, January 29 and we’ll take care of that right away. 

In the absence of large fundraising activities this school year, the money in our reserves is being used towards the ongoing support of the Madison PTO. Your donation will greatly aid the continuation of PTO-funded endeavors including classroom enhancements, equipment, supplies and special events. We’ve also taken special steps this school year to give our wonderful teachers extra support with supplies, PTO sponsored box lunches, staff room snacks, signage to accommodate new arrival/dismissal procedures and MORE! As we look to the future, we would like to ensure we have the funds for teacher requested iPad stylus’, supplemental music, art and cultural programs, an outdoor musical playground, and continuation of the popular after-school enrichment clubs for Madison students.
